   I visited your museum in the summer of 2005 while doing some research for a book on the Métis of the Western Plains. Thanks Alice M. Gaudet, who assisted me at that time. I am pleased to announce that the book, titled A People on the Move: the Métis of the Western Plains was published in June 2009.

   I believe your museum shop sold copies of some of my previous books:
   – Marie-Anne Lagimodière: the Incredible Story of Louis Riel’s Grandmother
   – Grey Owl: the Curious Life of Archie Belaney
   – The Battle of Seven Oaks and the Violent Birth of the Red river Settlement

   I plan to visit your museum early next week and will be offering my books for sale if you are interested.
